Today we meet the latest coach to join the JimCockrumCoaching.com team. In 2021 she worked full-time at her "real job", but as a professed "One Mom Show" she also sold $450K on Amazon at 20% net margin without any hired help. She even calls her approach "lazy"! Her ASP (average selling price) is $72 and she makes about $20 per sale on her various products. She never sees or touches her inventory (with small exceptions), she does all her buying herself online, and her goal is $1MM in sales in 2022. Her strategies are simple, liberating and motivational - and it's all based on the Replens model as taught in the ProvenAmazonCourse! Amazon Buy Lists for sellers: Leigha mentions that she uses "buy list" services to help enhance her research. Please use caution when investing in any "buy lists" - we don't endorse any single lists because to do so would taint the results for those who also already use the "buy list", but you can find many "Amazon seller buy lists" that will be of use by doing research on the topic. A coach can help you navigate this topic effectively as well. Please never blindly treat an Amazon "buy list" as a "shoppers list" assuming all shown ASINs are legitimate. Do your own careful research on any ASIN suggestions.

Imagine turning $300 into $75,000 in sales as a tennager without any other workers helping him - he's a one man show. Today I interview a young man who previously tried several online business strategies that just didn't work out as scalable and steady enough for him to be pleased with his results. He tried dropshipping, shopify & eBay. Eventually he discovered this podcast and our free facebook community - he explains how he knew we were different when he started seeing all the success stories from all over the world in our group. He jumped into the Amazon Replens strategy that we teach as a module in the ProvenAmazonCourse.com course. Although he only had $300 to use to start his business, he achieved incredible results quickly - selling $75,000 in a little over a year reporting $26,000 in net profit. We calculated his hourly net income to be about $60 per hour. Incredibly, he did all this as a teen still in school with only part-time hours available to him to work his business. To date he's found 550 profitable replens that he sells. He openly discusses how he can easily find more great replens anytime he'd like. On his best single day for example, he found 150 easily sourced replen products - and 80% of them are profitable! He says he can find 10-30 new replens per hour anytime he'd like thanks to our training system. You'll be motivated and inspired by this guy - I sure was! Today's guest is another JimCockrumCoaching.com student who is thriving. He's a drummer who spent a couple decades in t-shirt merchandising in the Christian music industry. Covid slowed down the entire music industry as it did for so many business models, so he and his wife decided to pivot into ecommerce after a friend of his told him about THIS podcast. He slowly began applying the things he was learning from this show and the ProvenAmazonCourse.com course and he soon had a $4K sales in his first month. He finished his first full year with a part time effort selling $342K at approx 17% on his best month where he sold just under $40K at great margins. He's aiming for a million in sales 2022. Now as his t-shirt business slows during the off season, he focuses more time on his Amazon business. He now has great steady income from both businesses and a flexible schedule. Today we meet a single mom of adult children who tried several different business ideas online before finding our community and finding success. She tried building a blog and it didn't get much traction so she tried launching her own brand of sugar scrubs on Amazon based on pricey coaching she fell for after she heard about it on youtube. As you've heard so many times before, selling your brand as a new seller on Amazon almost never works out and it didn't work out for our guest either. When she finally found this podcast and the ProvenAmazonCourse.com training, things took a turn even though she was "starting over" with less than $500 to put towards her business. She now has a profitable business that pays her bills and allows her the flexibility to travel when needed and help out her adult children. The flexibility of the Amazon "replens" model always makes for a great story!

There's a proven path that Amazon sellers follow in our community and we are proud to have originated the concept. It's been used by hundreds of our students, and I think you'll find it clarifying and useful. We call it the Amazon seller pyramid. The concept originated with a great leader in our community - Ryan Reger. The way it works is, the lower risk, easier "barrier to entry" models of selling on Amazon make up the base of the pyramid, and the more advanced, slightly riskier (and higher reward) models go at the top.
