“Is there a general rule for the # of sellers vs the amount of sales, Anna asks…. A guest asks Jim specifically about the # of sellers, drops, etc that he looks for in Keepa and Jim explains that he does not have a hard and fast rule but instead explains what he does look for
“But this model, the Replens model….” Jim reminds everyone how important relationships are in business!
“I’m selling 90% of my products OA….” Jim says that the only way to grow your business, whether OA or RA, is to find more ASINs!!! Set aside disciplined time to search for new replens! If you are struggling with your business, the answer is always to find more replens! Also, a word of warning not to get emotionally attached to your replens
